    If your looking for great customer service with the best products at great prices than this place is where to go. You just can't find shops like this around anymore. From the second you walk in the door your greeted and given that small town/ mom and pops shop kinda treatment. Everyone is very knowledgable, polite and respectful whether you are there to by a bag of pellets or the latest top of the line stove on the market. Top notch customer service and products. Oh and they have a great stock of yeti cups as well for when i forget mine on those 100+ degree days! Highly recommended!

    This is by far the best customer service I have received on our over a year build . First, Felix and his associates were very accommodating on pricing and shipping. Second their knowledge base is unsurpassed on the products they handle. Third, due to our ignorance in fireplace installation, they twice found a way to assist us when we were stymied. We have bought three fireplaces for our new ranch house from them and made numerous inquiries on where certain parts were and how to assemble. Our builder has years of experience but not with internet shipments and especially electric fireplaces. We misplaced the front to our gas fireplace and Felix actually tracked the package down by checking a 6 mos. old shipping invoice from fed ex. This saved us $600.00 in replacement parts. I highly recommend this business with no reservations. Most consumers would be cautious with such large expenditures. They are honest and trustworthy and will go the extra mile. Remember to check the shipping invoice, as requested, when you receive your fireplace and call for assistance if you don't understand what each part is. That is what caused all of our problems. Some parts may ship separately and they are large items that are pallated when they arrive. Take the time to unpack and take inventory , unlike us.
